Readers, companies and public bodies may contact [email protected] with the exact URL, statement being challenged and the primary evidence supporting a correction.

Review process

We distinguish factual errors from differences of interpretation and from information that appeared after publication. Verified material errors should be corrected promptly after review.

Regulatory status

Warning lists and authorisation records are time-sensitive. Watchlist entries identify a source and review date and readers should confirm current status directly with the regulator.

Transparency

Where a correction materially changes an article's conclusion, an explanatory note should be added rather than silently changing the historical record.
